Programme overview
A private application followed by medical screening and clinic review
This page is for people interested in cooperating as sperm donors. It is not an intended-parent treatment package and does not promise immediate selection. Applications are reviewed against current clinic needs and screening requirements.
Who may apply
Prospective donors may submit an initial application for private review. Age, health, family medical history, availability and clinic requirements are assessed individually.
Screening process
Candidates who pass the initial review may be invited for infectious-disease testing, semen analysis, genetic or carrier screening and a medical consultation. The final test list is determined by the clinic.
Consent and confidentiality
Donation proceeds only after the required information, consent and clinic documents are completed. Confidentiality, information handling and any applicable donor-record requirements are explained before acceptance.
No automatic acceptance
Submitting the form does not create an agreement or guarantee selection, treatment use or compensation. The team contacts suitable candidates when there is a relevant need.
