Who should request an assessment

A single intended parent may submit a confidential case for review. Acceptance is not automatic and depends on current Armenian requirements, the intended parent’s nationality and residence, biological relationship, medical circumstances and the likely recognition or travel-document pathway in the home country.

Existing embryos and preliminary acceptance

The current proposal is structured around embryos already created and stored outside Armenia. Before shipment, the receiving team reviews the embryology file, freezing method, storage history, consents and biological-material records. Courier arrangements should begin only after written clinic and programme acceptance.

Surrogate selection and preparation

A candidate is presented only after the applicable programme and preliminary suitability review. The treating clinic determines medical clearance and preparation for transfer. Intended parents receive the available candidate information and programme conditions before confirming the pathway.

Treatment and FET pathway

The current written proposal includes up to three frozen embryo transfer attempts. Each attempt remains subject to embryo availability, surrogate medical readiness and the doctor’s decision. Included attempts describe programme scope and do not guarantee implantation, pregnancy or live birth.

Pregnancy monitoring and communication

Following pregnancy confirmation, the team coordinates scheduled monitoring, protocol medicines, milestone communication and delivery preparation within the agreed scope. Medical decisions remain with the treating doctors, and non-standard care or complications may generate additional costs.

When travel may be required

Initial assessment and document preparation can normally begin remotely. Travel requirements depend on document execution, medical needs and the intended parent’s circumstances. The intended parent should expect to travel for the birth and remain until the newborn’s required documents and lawful travel arrangements are completed.

Separate legal and contractual structure

The Armenia programme uses its own providers, agreements and administrative procedures. Georgian programme documents cannot simply be reused. The intended parent should receive individual advice on Armenian documentation and independent confirmation of recognition, citizenship and passport requirements in the relevant home country.

Birth, hospital and return-home planning

Before delivery, the team coordinates the expected hospital and local-document pathway within the signed scope. After birth, the intended parent must complete the applicable birth, parentage, citizenship, passport or travel-document process. Foreign authorities make their own decisions and processing time cannot be guaranteed.

What the displayed price does not automatically cover

The individual offer should be checked for emergency care, complications, NICU, extended accommodation, extra specialists, advanced testing, additional transfers beyond the stated limit, embassy expenses, DNA testing, translations and changed third-party charges.
